Most people know what it feels like to be judged. Fewer know what it feels like to be fully accepted. We are also too aware of what it feels like to fall short, make mistakes, or wish we could start again.

This Saturday, our guest speaker, Pastor John Francis, will explore the story of the woman in John 8:1–11 and the life-changing truth that no one is beyond God's love, grace, and power to change a life.

As part of our Family Life Emphasis Weekend, we'll be reflecting on what acceptance, forgiveness, and transformation can mean for individuals, families, and relationships.

This Saturday is Children's Day at South Shields SDA Church: a special day celebrating the value, potential, and importance of every child. Through worship, music, and the message from Zechariah 4:10, Dr Iise Chew will remind us that God often does His greatest work through what the world overlooks.

THE GOOD WORKMAN

There is a kind of life that does not need to pretend.

2 Timothy 2:15 speaks about standing before God without shame, doing the work faithfully, and handling His word with care. That is not just for preachers. It is for anyone trying to live with honesty, purpose, and a clear conscience.

This Saturday, Pastor Sandy Pairman will share a message titled β€œThe Good Workman”, reflecting on what it means to live approved by God in the ordinary places of life.

With hymns like β€œPraise, My Soul, the King of Heaven” and β€œFace to Face”, this will be a thoughtful and hopeful morning of worship.

There’ll also be a children’s story from Pastor Sandy, so families are warmly welcome.

We live in a time where everyone has an opinion, every screen is shouting, and it’s getting harder to know what is actually true.

This Saturday, Pastor Dan Dachin opens John 8:31–32 and explores what Jesus meant when He said, β€œYou shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” Not just information. Freedom. Clarity. A solid place to stand when everything else feels uncertain.

With hymns like β€œGive Me the Bible” and β€œTrust and Obey,” this will be a grounded and practical morning of worship for real life.
