Cherry tomato, lettuce and sweet pepper plants now growing amongst the flowers at church. A bumble bee and woodlouse had to move over but hopefully the new plants will provide shade and damp soil for them to be happy again soon.

You're Invited!
Are you looking for a job or support in the work-search process?
Our Job Advice Club will be at the Solihull Careers Fair on Wednesday (3rd June) at the Crowne Plaza.

Drop in anytime between 10am-3pm, come and find us, and have a look around the rest of the fair at what jobs are out there.

Did you know we also have an English Conversation Café regularly on Tuesday mornings? This group is aimed at non-native speakers who want to practice and improve their English Language skills and pronounciation! Contact us if you are interested in joining a session, or just turn up.

This involved considering what makes people feel welcomed, what community means today and exploring the different communities that each of us have connections with.

From our service last week where we thought through many different types of ministry that we would be engaged this week, we conclude by saying: on Sunday we will come together again to share stories about what God has been doing in our Monday to Saturday ministry; to share the burdens, the sorrows, the joys and the wonder. We will celebrate what God has been doing because we have allowed Him to shape our lives, to provide a reason to live and give direction to our ministry. “In Him we live and move and have our being.” Acts 17 v28

Some of us will be at the shops, waiting in queues, waiting at the bus stop with opportunity to demonstrate the fruit of the Spirit through patience, peace, love and joy. We pray for you in your ministry.
