The Sri Guru Singh Sabha opened in April 1976 and was the first Sikh Temple in Slough.

Prior to this, services had been held in the Barn Restaurant, Salt Hill Park. The Sri Guru Singh Sabha was built on land which had been leased from Slough Corporation and had cost over £70,000 to build. The money needed was raised entirely through donations. The official opening ceremony was preceded by a procession from Salt Hill Park, which was headed by an open truck carrying a priest, the holy

scriptures and 5 sword-carrying Sikhs. For booking or Inquiries please message [email protected]
