Welcome to the official page for Langley Free Church. We are a group of ordinary people meeting together in and around Langley to worship God and share our faith with those who do not yet know him. We are affiliated to the Baptist Union of Great Britain. Our church is truly multi-cultural with people from many countries around the world worshipping together. Our meetings are friendly and

informal with a contemporary worship style and a strong family focus. If you’re looking for a church in or around Langley we encourage you to join us and are assured of a warm welcome. Our Sunday morning service normally starts at 10:30 and is live-streamed to help those unable to visit the building to join in. Do you have a child, grandchildren, niece or nephews or are a childminder of children between the ages 0-5.
Are you a new mum and would like to meet others?
Are the children not in nursery on a Wednesday morning?
Do you want to them to be mixing with other children?
Do you want me to meet other adults where your child can play?
We have a Toddler group every Wednesday morning during term time, where you can come have tea, coffee and biscuits while your children play and you can socialise with others adults

In school year 6 up to year 9 (10 to 14)

7.30pm till 9pm.

£1 per session

Parents must come in on 1st session to complete contact forms.

We expect parents to always pick up at the end of the evening.

1st Sunday of the month Messy Church, starting with breakfast at 9.45am service at 10.30.
All other Sunday service at 10.30am.

On Monday
Monday's: 11am till 2pm (run by church volunteers)
A self defence group 4pm till 8pm (run by an external group)

Tuesday
Food Bank 10.30am till 12.30pm (run by an external group)
Youth group 7.30pm till 9.pm (run by church volunteers)

Wednesday
Toddler group 9am till 11am (run by church volunteers)
Chat & Coffee (starting 16th September)1.30pm till 3.30pm (run by church volunteers) (Replacing Oasis ) more details to follow
Slimming world 4pm till 8pm (run by an external group)

Thursday
Bible study 10.30am till 12pm (ran at a private house by church volunteers)
Bible study 7.30pm till 9pm (run by church volunteers)

Friday
Seniors keep fit 9am till 12pm (run by an external group)
Self defence 4pm till 8pm (run by an external group)

Saturday
Zumba 9am till 10am (rum by an external group)
Craft afternoon every 3rd Saturday of the month at 12pm till 4pm (run church volunteers)
The Repair Shed every 3rd Saturday of the month 12am till 4pm (run by church volunteers)

Heavenly Father,
As a new school year begins, we place our teachers and students into Your hands. Give teachers patience when the days are long, wisdom when the answers are difficult, and joy in the privilege of shaping young lives.
Give students curious minds, willing hearts, and courage when they face what feels difficult or unfamiliar. Surround them with good friends, caring teachers, and people who remind them that they are known and loved.
May our schools be places of kindness, discovery, belonging, and growth. In the ordinary moments of classrooms, hallways, assignments, and conversations, help us remember that You are present and at work.
Give teachers strength for each day and students grace for each new challenge. May this year be marked not only by what is learned, but by who we become.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
