On Sunday 23rd November 2025 we will hold a Meeting for Worship for abut 30 minutes. It will be in silence unless someone feels moved to speak. Many people find a period of quiet very beneficial in our busy, noisy world. Why not come along? We are a small friendly meeting which is open to everyone. Tea/coffee will be served after the meeting and there will be a chance to socialise.

We have two rooms that are available for hire. They are modestly priced at £17.50 and £12.50 per hour. If you are interested please contact [email protected]. Parking is available behind the Meeting House. There is also a frequent bus service nearby.

At 10.30 am on Sunday 1st September we will hold a Meeting for Worship lasting about 30 minutes. It is open to everyone. Last Sunday it was good to catch up with a Friend who has not been able to come for a while. If a time of quiet reflection appeals to you please join us. There will be tea and coffee afterwards and a chance to socialise.

We will hold a Meeting for Worship on Sunday 24th August at 10.30 am. It will last about 30 minutes after which there will be time for te/coffee and to socialise. Everyone is welcome and it is always good to see new faces. Please join us if you so wish.

On Sunday 10th August we will be holding a Meeting for Worship at the Meeting House from 10.30 am.It will last about 30 minutes. After which we will have tea/coffee together and the opportunity to socialise. It is always good to see new people and we do enjoy the silence during Meeting. We life in such a frantic world. Do come and join us if you wish. You will be very welcome.

We have some rooms that are available for hire for meetings, counselling sessions, training and exercise groups such as yoga.
The cost per hour is £15 for the large room and £10 for the smaller room. Parking is available behind the Meeting House. At present we have vacancies during the weekdays and on Monday evenings. Please contact [email protected] if you are interested.

On Sunday 3rd August we will be holding a Mwwring for Worship at 10.30 am. It will last about thirty minutes and will be followed by tea/coffee and a chance to talk informally. Our Meeting are mostly in silence unless someone feels moved to speak. Everyone is welcome and you can come infrequently or as often as you wish. We are a small friendly Meeting. So if you fancy some quiet time please join us.

We will be holding a Meeting for Worship tomorrow 27th July at 10.30 am. It will last about 30 minutes and will be followed by tea/coffee and some time to socialise. If you would like to join us please do so. It is always nice to see new people.

We will be holding a Meeting for Worship on Sunday 20th July at 10.30 am. Mostly our Meetings are silent unless someone feels moved to speak. Silence is so rare in our world that a lot of people find this sort time on a Sunday an opportunity to relax and just be. If you would like to join us please do so, you will be most welcome.

Slough and Windsor Quaker Meeting is pleased to have been able to support SHOC for almost seven years/since July 2018, allowing them to deliver their vital work supporting homeless people in Slough. SHOC has hired facilities at the Meeting House alongside others who also hire facilities, such as for 11+ tuition and other mathematics classes, as well as the Quaker Meeting for Worship on a Sunday morning.

SHOC’s needs have evolved over time and their services would benefit from being in a premises where they have greater control, without the need to accommodate other activities.

Following many months of discussion including four month’s notice, SHOC will be leaving the Quaker Meeting House on 20th June. We wish the team every success in their continued vital work.

On Sunday 24th March we will be at the Meeting House from 10.30 am to hold our Meeting for Worship. It will last for 40 minutes and will be followed by tea/coffee and biscuits at 11.10 am. Last week we were joined by some Moslem people who enjoyed the silence. Of course they were fasting for Ramadan. Everyone is welcome

We live in such a busy and noisy world. Would you enjoy 40 minutes of quiet time? Our Quaker Meeting takes place again at 10.30 am on Sunday. It will be in silence unless you feel that you have a thought that you want to share. Sometimes in the quiet good thoughts come to you and also a solution to a problem may suddenly become clear. Please come if you want to join us, you will be very welcome. After the Meeting at about 11.10 we have tea/coffee and biscuits and there is time to talk together. You are also welcome to join us for the refreshments. It is always good to see new people.
