We’d love you to join us tomorrow morning here at 10.15am at St Lawrence Church Skellingthorpe, when Frances will be bringing God’s word from Ephesians 4:17-5:2 and the start of our new series “What am I here for? Modelling Godly Character”.

The primary school age children will be together in their group, for the first time after the summer holidays, continuing their journey through the Biggest Storybook Bible.

And the Chancel will be available with toys for preschool children if they become restless during the service.

Our “Young Disciples” group for 11 to 18s will also start back on Sunday evening from 7.00 to 8.30pm. It's faith, fun and friendship where we open the Bible together in the first half of the evening and have a game in the second half!

Young disciples at St Lawrence's Church.
SUNDAY 6th SEPTEMBER 7pm - 8.30pm

Are you between 11 and 18 and wanting to meet with other Christians your age to stay rooted in God's love for you and fruitful for His glory? Or maybe you're wanting to discover the message of the Bible and whether it is true?

You're welcome to join our 11 to 18’s young disciples group on Sunday nights in term time 7 to 8.30pm.

We start by opening up the Bible together and we end with a game.📖😊

The group started up last summer term - straightforward and fun - and it was great to see friendships developing.

We’d love you to join us here at St Lawrence Church Skellingthorpe tomorrow morning at 10.15am when we’ll be looking at the last part of Nehemiah 13: 1-14 of our series “God’s Building; handing on the work”.

The children's group will have the last of their summer sessions on the chancel before we start back again with their normal group in the school with The Biggest Story on the 6th.

(Those with pre-schoolers and babies, don't be put off - there'll be room for all in the chancel!)

We’d love you to join us tomorrow morning at 10.15am here at St Lawrence Church Skellingthorpe when we will be welcoming Steve Nuth who will be continuing our series on God’s building, preaching on Nehemiah 8:1-12.

The children will be together doing lots of fun activities and looking at God’s word in the Chancel.🎨
