Join us to give thanks for the harvest. We are looking for donations of fruit and vegetables to decorate the church for our service on 24th September. These items will then be auctioned at our Harvest Lunch on Saturday 26th September.
Donations can be left in the church prior to the service or why not come to the service and bring your donation with you. Everyone welcome.

We are looking forward to welcoming everyone.

Continuing through Lincolnshire's historic churches, today we're featuring Bratoft, St Peter & St Paul, the 48/78 church in the Lincolnshire Wolds & Coast Churches Festival.

14th Century church in a quiet rural setting. There are good examples of poppy head carvings and the probably unique allegorical painting of the defeat of the Spanish Armada, 3 feet 1 inch high and 6 feet wide. Birthplace of Revd Thomas Scott, commentator on the bible, and John Stockton, Lord Mayor of London in 1740. Site of 2 Commonwealth War Graves. Hot and cold drinks, cakes will be available. We welcome families to create artwork on our chalk board. The church is dog friendly.

Hi Everyone

Here’s our weekly ‘Messenger,’ sharing what’s happening, where, and when across our family of churches for the coming week, along with any benefice notices.

Next Sunday is the fifth Sunday of the month, and since these only happen a few times a year, we’ll have just one Benefice Mass on Sunday 30th August. The idea is for us to come together from our individual parishes as one benefice family, meeting in a particular church within the group to celebrate the Eucharist. Next Sunday, we’ll be at Wainfleet S. Mary, as it’s been years since a Benefice Mass was last held there! Come and enjoy this beautiful church with its excellent music, preaching, and worship.
