A heartfelt thank you to Lesley McLean for joining us this evening. Lesley worked tirelessly, delivering profound factual evidence with her signature warmth, sensitivity and care.

The evening was filled with both laughter and moving moments, reminding us that our loved ones in Spirit are always around us.

Thank you to everyone who came along, both new and familiar faces. We hope you enjoyed the service and felt the warmth of our church community. It is each and every one of you who helps to keep our doors open.

A huge thank you also to all our wonderful helpers and everyone who contributed in any way. We are especially grateful for the generous raffle donations—your continued kindness and support mean so much to us.

How quickly September has come around. The nights are already beginning to draw in, and as summer gently gives way to autumn, we are reminded that every season of life brings its own purpose, lessons and blessings.

Our September newsletter is attached, filled with this month’s visiting mediums, church news, service information and details of our forthcoming charity event.

Please take a wee moment to read it and share it with anyone who may find comfort, friendship or healing within our church.

A gentle reminder that we are still gratefully receiving charity raffle prizes and recycled bottle bags. All donations must be handed in by Tuesday 22 September, please. Your kindness and continued support are greatly appreciated.

A heartfelt thank you to Steven Bird for sharing his demonstration of mediumship with us this evening.

Steven brought forward heartfelt messages, meaningful evidence and comfort for those he connected with, along with warmth and laughter. We are also grateful to Steven for sharing his very poignant poem with us. 💜

It was wonderful to welcome Annie Allan back this evening. You have been missed, Annie! 💜

We have been made aware that scammers are commenting on our posts and contacting people claiming to have tickets available for our sold-out charity evening.

Please do not send money to anyone offering tickets.

This event is completely SOLD OUT. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, therefore no genuine tickets are available for private resale.

The only official option is our reserve list, which is managed directly by Marion Clarke @ Shotts Spiritualist Church. If a ticket becomes available due to a cancellation, we will contact the next person on that list ourselves.

No one will be admitted on the evening without a valid ticket registered in their name.

Please report any suspicious comments or messages to Facebook and let us know immediately. We are removing and blocking scam accounts as soon as they appear.
