We meet weekly on Sunday from 10.30-1pm at Shotts Scout Hut on Benhar Rd. We also host a weekly kids club and youth group as well as providing a local foodbank. Cornerstone Christian Ministries offers a casual, relaxed atmosphere with Bible teachin

g, contemporary worship as well as time for prayer & fellowship. On Wednesday night we continued our study through the book of Hosea, looking together at chapter 2.

Hosea 2 is a powerful chapter about God’s faithful love even when His people are unfaithful. Israel had turned away from God and chased after other things, yet God still pursued them, called them back and promised restoration. We saw that God doesn’t ignore sin, but His discipline is never separated from His love. His desire is to bring His people back into a right relationship with Him.

We had a really good discussion around the chapter, with plenty of thoughtful questions and honest conversation.

It was also brilliant to see some new faces joining us this week. We’re so glad you came along and hope you felt really welcome.

Another great Wednesday night at Cornerstone Youth Group, and we’re looking forward to continuing Hosea together next week. ❤️

On Tuesday we continued our journey looking at the amazing bodies God has given us, and this week it was all about the BRAIN! 🧠

Through games, activities and our Bible teaching, we explored just how incredible our brains are and thought about what it means for God to change and renew the way we think.

Our memory verse this week was Romans 12:2:

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”

And what a night it was… 31 KIDS! 🎉🙌

It was definitely all hands on deck for a busy evening, but what a blessing to have so many children coming through the doors of Kids Club each week. Lots of noise, lots of energy, lots of food and plenty of fun!

A huge thank you to everyone who helps make these evenings possible and to all the parents and carers who continue to send their children along. ❤️

We’ll see you again next Tuesday for another night at Cornerstone Kids Club!
