Stour Valley Baptist Church Baptist Church in Shipston on Stour As well as gathering on a Sunday, with groups for youth and children, we hold all sorts of mid-week small groups.

Stour Valley Baptist Church has been worshipping in Shipston since 1999 and in that time we have grown and had seventy baptisms. We also enjoy good relationships with other local churches.

Heavenly Father,

As a new school year begins, we place our teachers and students into Your hands. Give teachers patience when the days are long, wisdom when the answers are difficult, and joy in the privilege of shaping young lives.

Give students curious minds, willing hearts, and courage when they face what feels difficult or unfamiliar. Surround them with good friends, caring teachers, and people who remind them that they are known and loved.

May our schools be places of kindness, discovery, belonging, and growth. In the ordinary moments of classrooms, hallways, assignments, and conversations, help us remember that You are present and at work.

Give teachers strength for each day and students grace for each new challenge. May this year be marked not only by what is learned, but by who we become.
