Perry Glossop & Co Perry Glossop & Co has evolved into CK Crafthouse Ltd. We offer antique repairs and restoration, and produce the Orlap Studio brand of jewellery.

Our silversmithing workshop produces hallmarked silver and silverplate; including churchware and trophies. Peter Perry founded Perry Glossop in 1974, after training at James Dixon & Sons. Over the years he established a team of skilled craftsmen. His son Christopher joined him in the early 1990s, and now oversees the company under the name of CK Crafthouse Ltd, as well as handling his own projects

. CK Crafthouse has a thorough understanding of the care and attention required when handling pieces of historical and symbolic silverware. At CK Crafthouse, we are proud to offer all our customers our experience and expertise. We firmly believe that the highest standards of quality and service are best achieved by individual discussion with clients, and we are always available to offer advice. We are going to be at this fair in Kelham Island Museum organised by the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust (QEST) to introduce more young people to careers in the craft industry.

How many young people even know what is involved in silversmithing? And we will be just one local company promoting our field of expertise.

⛵ So lovely to see both Lighthouse trophies that we made for the 53rd Newport Bermuda Race be presented a few days ago ⛵

These images show the Gibbs Hill Lighthouse that was made earlier this year from our Sheffield workshop. In hallmarked sterling silver, this was a great project to work on requiring incredible attention to detail.

Once again, congratulations to all the winners in this years race - we're looking forward to making the next ones already!
