Sunday Hymn

1. Hail to the Lord's Anointed,
great David's greater Son!
Hail in the time appointed,
his reign on earth begun!
He comes to break oppression,
to set the captive free;
to take away transgression,

May our hope not be based on people, or circumstances, but may our hope be solely focused on the Lord.

Psalms 62:5

My soul, WAIT ONLY UPON GOD ; for my expectation is from HIM.

May we trust in the faithfulness of the Lord and His promises, and not merely trust in what we see, what we feel, or what we may experience.

2 Corinthians 5:7

(For WE WALK BY FAITH not by sight:)

May we thankfully bring each of our concerns to the Lord and receive His peace in the midst of our circumstances.

Philippians 4:6-7

Be anxious for nothing; but IN EVERYTHING BY PRAYER and supplication WITH THANKSGIVING let your requests be made known unto God.
And the PEACE OF GOD, which passes all understanding, SHALL GUARD YOUR HEARTS AND MINDS through Christ Jesus.
