Please come along to our first (hopefully of many!) Clothes Swap!

Sat 9th May, 10am-12pm at Christ Church.

We will be collecting mens and women’s clothes on Fri 8th May and if you donate clothes then you get early entry into the clothes swap at 9.30am on the Saturday 🥳

Huge thank you to the 60+ people who made all of this happen. We raise over £730 for the archer project. Special thanks to Mark for his collecting efforts. And thanks to John for getting the sound so good this year. There is a danger of missing someone if I start a list of thank yous. So just two more to Andrew and Bizz for underpinning the safety aspect and to Kate for saving some mulled wine for Chris. It’s the little things that make the big things happen.

In the middle of lights, gifts, and celebrations, Christmas gently reminds us of something deeper. The true joy of Christmas is not found in what we receive, but in Who was given.

Jesus came to meet us where we are—to bring hope to the weary, peace to the broken, and light to the world. His birth is God’s way of saying, “I am with you.”

This Christmas, pause for a moment. Let your heart remember the real reason we celebrate.
