Bradfield Church Bradfield Church is the local parish church for Bradfield village in Sheffield, set in the stunning National Peak District Park.

Bradfield Church is the local parish church for Bradfield, Sheffield. It is a beautiful 15th century building set in Sheffield's Peak District. The church is normally open Monday to Saturday 9:30am to 4pm. Do pop in and have a look around! Children are very welcome at any of the services with acitivites and crafts at the back of church for them to get invovled in. Sunday morning service in church

each week is at 10.30am. The first and fourth Sundays are a Common Worship communion service (more infomal liturgy), the third Sunday is Book of Common Prayer communion service (more traditional liturgy) and the second Sunday is our All Age family service (informal family service) without communion. There are all sorts of things going on in the the life of the church, with many different events and groups to get involved in. Whether you are a local or just visitiing you are very welcome. Bradfield Church has been known for The Bradfield Festival of Music which takes place each year at the end of June. Full details at http://www.bradfieldfestivalofmusic.co.uk

Week 14 and our kitchen and toilet project is almost finished!

We have been:

✅ completing the fitting of the flooring

✅ completing the installation of the kitchen and toilets

✅ nearing the end of the fitting of the cladding for the servery

✅ digging trenches in the churchyard and pipe work laid ready to be connected to the mains water and sewage system

There is still a level of disruption inside the church building but this will soon be over. In addition to this, there will be a level of disruption outside the church as the trenches have been dug for the pipework. Thank you for bearing with us as we look ahead to the project's finish.

A reminder the church is closed during the week. However please let us know if you want to visit and we can liaise with the contractors to try and accommodate 🙏

Week 13 our kitchen and toilet project will soon be finished!

This last week has involved:

✅ completing the fitting of the kitchen cupboards

✅ putting the fridge and dishwasher in situ

✅ installing lights and overhead heater

✅ fitting of kitchen worktops

✅ fitting of beautiful oak doors to the server

As we are now in the final stages, it is continuing to be difficult to navigate the space within the church, and there will be a level of disruption outside the church when the trenches are dug for the pipework. Thank you for bearing with us as we look ahead to the project’s finish which will be very soon.
