Hi Hope Kids Families!

Due to the weather conditions we have decided to cancel both our 9.30 & 11.30 services today!

In Family Connect, this week, we were going to be learning all about PRAYER.
🔑 We’ve put links to a video and some activities in the bio of .hope so you can learn about prayer together at home!

Stay safe and warm & enjoy this snowy fun before it’s back to school this week!!

We CAN’T WAIT for our Church Together Family Connect this Sunday!!! We love our time coming together with kids and parents to learn more about God! 🙌

PLUS we have baptisms at the end of the service which is a great time to come together to celebrate all that God is doing across all generations!! ❤️

We’re so excited for our Vision Builders Sunday .hope this week!! 🎉

Our amazing Church Together Connect is happening during the preach in the forge. We have our usual fun & games PLUS a special word & prayer time with Pastor Lois!!

Parents and kids can come together to grow and learn more about God! SEE YOU THERE!! 🤍

Well, this has been a truly special month and the perfect way to finish my time as Kids Pastor here at .hope. I have loved our wonderful Nativity, our beautiful carols service and our Christmas parties. Thank you to all our families and to our incredible team. ♥️
Thankfully I still get to see you every Sunday, but praying fun and favour over Alice who will be taking over all things Hope Kids. This has been the most impactful 2.5years of my life and I adore this church family. Sending the biggest hugs and hope you all have a wonderful Christmas x x x

We are so excited to be hosting our Light Parties for all three groups this Sunday during the service! Kids feel free to dress up, as we will be celebrating the light of Jesus, rather than the darkness of halloween with games, crafts, sweets and dancing. Hope Kids, we can’t wait to see you there!!!:) 🦁

We have had the most amazing summer holiday, but for lots of our kids, today is your first day back at school!! How exciting 💛. We loved our back to school Family Connect this Sunday, where we placed all our worries about this week into the hands of Jesus. And we said a special prayer to help us:
Dear Lord
Use my eyes to see new friends
Open my ears to hear my teacher
Open my mind to learn new things
Let my heart remember you are near
Help me to love others like you do
I want to shine your light so bright in my school
Help me to be kind and friendly
Amen

Have the best first week back everyone. We are cheering you on and can’t wait to hear all about it in Hope Kids this Sunday 🦁x

So excited for tomorrow as we enjoy our Church Together service!! 💛 We have Kids worship, one of our team leading us all in Communion and our Family Connect during the preach. We also have some preservice fun:) We can’t wait to see you there! 🫶🏻

And with that, we have our final park party tomorrow!! We will be meeting at 10:30am by the playground. We can’t wait to see you. There is a café for lollies and cuppas, but why not pack and picnic and join us!! 🦁

Looking forward to getting together again on Wednesday! We are meeting at 10:30am at Rother Valley. We’ll meet by the cafe near the car park and toilets, and then find an area to set up for a play and picnic. DM us if you have any questions or want to pop by later. Can’t wait to see you there 😎
