Just a reminder about this community café training which is starting on Monday (1st June) at 11 a.m. in the Community Room (Napier Street entrance): ‘Purple Shoots’ community café at CRBC - A community café organised by Purple Shoots will be operating from CRBC in the coming months and they are looking for volunteers to take part! Could this be you? There will be 6 weeks of training first, starting on Monday 1st June, from 11am-2pm in the Conference Room, before the café is run on Mondays from the Community Room and Main Kitchen. Some of the benefits of joining in, are: to learn new skills and gain confidence; to work as a collective to create something together; to build economic independence; to take ownership of ideas and to make a difference in your community. Just a reminder about the Men's breakfast this Saturday, 23rd May, from 9-11am in the Community Room (Napier Street entrance). It's not too late to join in!
