Junction 25, a brand new event for 18-25 year olds from Christian denominations across Britain.

MYAF Weekend away 2024!
We had the joy of meeting together for the first time over the 18th-20th of October. 10 of us met in Sheffield and spent the weekend at Broomhill Methodist Centre spending time in worship, in workshops and having fun with one another.

We are so grateful to Broomhill Methodist Centre for allowing us to sleep on their floor, and for letting us help out at Mini Broomhill.

Some MYAF members have been at Methodist Conference this week, some representing their Districts and others representing the Children and Young People of the Methodist Church. It was great to be able to catch up with each other, whilst also engaging with the hefty conference agenda!
Later this summer, some members of MYAF are part of a team representing the Methodist Church of Great Britain at the World Methodist Conference in Sweden!

MYAF has changed structure! Due to growth in membership, and the goal that MYAF will be a church of young adults supporting each other in faith, MYAF has developed into a WhatsApp community!

There are now four groups within MYAF:
Discussion - this group will be the main group which all members are part of. Where faith can be explored through discussion questions on the chat, and also in the monthly zoom fellowship meetings.
Prayer Chain - a community of people who want to actively pray for each other
Daily Devotionals - using the YouVersion Bible App, this group will support each other as they read their Bibles each day, and will be somewhere where faith can grow through study, questions and discussion about scripture.
Conference - for the Methodist Nerds who want to chat Methodist Policy and Practice, and are either going to or interested in Methodist Conference.

Are you a young adult looking for a volunteer opportunity? Could you volunteer with the Methodist Church at a festival or event?

In 2024 the Methodist Church is going to music festivals, sports events, book festivals, Comicon, and more! We’re travelling the nation this summer, and we need you to join us on the mission. Come and join the team for one or more of these events as we make space for meaningful conversations about life, faith, and everything in-between in a variety of different ways with the people we meet. This is a brilliant opportunity to develop your outreach skills, in a safe, fun, creative, and prayerful environment. You’ll receive training and support throughout.
