From today it’s share your light fortnight till 1st November

How can you share God's love with those around you?

We are inviting all of us in some way to take part in Shine Your Light Fortnight - a special opportunity to share the light and hope of Jesus with those around us.

We as a church will
1. have a light/hero Party on Friday 30th
2 declare our church windows with designs made by the children.
3 love our community where we can.
4 litter pick
5 invite people to find out about Jesus.

Will you
1 decorate your window at home
2 help your neighbour in some way
3 wear something to tell people you are a follower of Jesus and share that love
4 litter pick
5 promote positivity and our light party

Our youth were invited to join the youth at St John’s Park and take our baking church session there.

We used Bible stinging references to complete our recipe.

We baked cupcakes, we prayered and then we made butter cream for them.

Thanks Dominic Maina for the invite and hospitality. Thanks to fiona sharon Gina Kirsty and kinder for helping tonight.

Featuring our lovely Stephanie Axelby as she shares her story of being part of our church and the difference it has made knowing Jesus.

This Christmas, help your church welcome others to the table. ❤️

When Steph lost her mum, a toddler group run by Church Army Evangelists Gina and Kinder became her lifeline. In time, she explored faith and was baptised alongside her son.

Her story is at the heart of our free Advent resource. Rooted in Matthew 25:35-40, it features a ready-to-use talk, PowerPoint slides, prayers and response ideas.

Partner with us to share God’s love and welcome those who are often overlooked this Christmas.
