We follow a monastic rythem of Praying - eating together - community outreach - social enterprise

At who we would Struggle sitting with and why. How do we love our neighbour.

We asked everyone to make name cards and the sit with someone else and chat.

We demonstrated ways to talk to new people l, sang and prayed.

We had soup And sandwiches and cake.
