Reminder!! Our Alpha Course starts on 22nd September!

Explore life, faith and meaning.

Alpha is a relaxed and friendly course for anyone who wants to explore the big questions of life and the Christian faith. Whether you're curious about Christianity, have questions about faith, or simply want to find out more, you're welcome.

Each evening begins with a free meal, followed by a short talk exploring a different aspect of the Christian faith. Afterwards, there is time for conversation in a relaxed small-group setting where you can share your thoughts, ask questions, or simply listen. There is no pressure and no question is off limits.

When: Every Tuesday from 15 September 2026
Time: 6:30pm
Where: Beacon Centre, Wolverhampton Road East, Sedgley, WV4 6AZ
Cost: Free
Food: A meal is included each evening

Alpha runs over 11 weeks and includes a special Saturday during the course. We'll provide more information about this once the course begins.

You don't need to know anything about Christianity, you don't need to be a churchgoer, and you won't be expected to know the answers. Just come as you are.

📣 CALLING ALL SEDGLEY BUSINESS OWNERS AND COMMUNITY LEADERS!

It’s time we started talking!!

Following conversations between several of us who are local business owners or community leaders, we’re launching a new Sedgley Business & Community Network - bringing together local businesses, charities and community groups with one shared ambition: to make Sedgley an even better place to live, work and do business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to:

🌟 Support one another

📈 Strengthen our local economy

❤️ Work collaboratively to improve life across Sedgley

Our first meeting takes place on Thursday 17 September 2026 at 5.30pm at Festival Community Hub, Beacon Centre for the Blind, WV4 6GA. (Please park on the front by the Charity Shop). A light sandwich buffet will be provided.

This is a local, independent initiative not politically driven - just local people coming together to make a positive difference.
