No seated exercise as Sandra is on holiday this week. Still pop down for lunch at 12.30 today.
Reminder !!!!!! The ballet is on this Wednesday. Sleeping beauty at the Gala Durham. We have two seats left if anybody fancies coming 6.30pm at the heart for 7.30pm showing. This is a go see event and is free. Mini bus is provided and free tickets.
