Statement:

Last night you may or may not have seen a post that was anonymously posted on a local notice board seeking clarification about Seaford Baptist Church being made into a block of flats and that builders are fighting over the contract for the job.

We have no idea where this claim has come from. But what we can say is that it is completely false and there’s no truth to it.

We hope you have had a great Easter break and look forward to seeing many of you back in the church building at various midweek groups as well as Sunday mornings.

Was great to see so many of you at our services this morning. The sunrise service at the beach and our main service. What an amazing morning of celebration and fellowship.

Walk of Witness in Seaford tomorrow. All the churches gathering together whilst walking through the centre of our town. Hot Cross buns at the end! See post below for all the details you need to know…. Start location, times etc.

Churches Together in Seaford Walk of Witness

Churches Together in Seaford will be holding a Walk of Witness on Good Friday, meeting at 10am. All are welcome to join us as we walk through the town, making stops for Scripture readings and hymns.

After the walk, everyone is invited to Life Church for hot cross buns and coffee.

There will be a Good Friday Mass at St Peter's at 3pm we look forward to see you at both these events those that are able to

Kenya Update:

Some of you may remember seeing the photos of the landscaping/planting of the shamba that our young people recently did on their mission trip to Kenya in February. When we were there it was one large piece of orange muddy terrain.

We are pleased to show you the following pictures of the progress and transformation - 6 weeks on! Kenya have had a lot of rain since we left. Which is so important and means everything to them.

Team Kenya landed safely this morning from their mission trip. Thank you for all the support and prayers pre and during the trip. Please continue to pray for them as they settle back in the UK and reflect on the time spent at YISOG rescue centre and the impact this trip will have on them. 🇰🇪🇬🇧

Kenya Update:

Our last day before we fly at 23:55. We went to Toi Market (thrift stalls), had lunch at Amani Garden and a leisurely walk around Nairobi Arboretum.
