You may start to notice that there are less Salvation Army Clothing banks around the place. These are run nationally, and not by the local Scunthorpe Salvation Army Corps so please see the link below for more information.

A white Renault Kangoo van has been left in our carpark for several weeks with the registration YY60 FWK. Does anyone know who this belongs to before we report it as an abandoned vehicle and take steps to have it removed?

If it is your vehicle and there is a temporary problem, or you can point us in the right direction of the owners, please give us a call on 01724 861044. (Monday to Thursday, 9am - 2pm)

DO NOT POST ANYONE'S PERSONAL DETAILS ON FACEBOOK.

Thank you.

We had incredible support from the local community through individuals, workplaces and through the Coop Secret Santa. An incredible amount of new toys were donated which we were able to distribute through schools, through the Corps and through the North Lincs Council Family Hubs. This meant that overall we were able to give presents to over 400 children and young people.

We couldn't have done it without your generosity. THANK YOU.

Thank you to everyone in our community who responded to our 2025 Christmas Present Appeal. There were so many individuals and businesses that we can't name them all, but please know what a difference you have made to local children.

The photo shows just a part of the toys that we had donated this year. From our own toy service we were able to make a large donation to social services at the start of the month. We were then able to take toys to two local schools, give to people attending the foodbank and then still have many left for the social services team to do a second collection before we closed for Christmas.

Thanks as ever go to the volunteers who helped create order out of this joyful chaos so that we could wrap some, and find the appropriate gifts for different age groups. And special thanks to the children who made us the beautiful card to say thank you.

HAPPY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL.

Last food bank for 2025 done. A massive thank you to Rosie and her wonderful team of volunteers.
