I got home Sunday afternoon.
Op went well I have been told now its just exercise and pain.
Walking around the house, up and down stairs and exercises.

Just putting this weeks newsletter out tonight as heading to Hospital tomorrow.

Shetland Parish Cup Final - Sandwick v Southend. Sandwick won 3-1 well done to the team.

Good morning everyone,

late again but weeks are flying by.

I am going into Hospital on Thursday this week for a half new Knee and Op` on Friday
I will be missing at the Kirk for a few weeks but will still put out the newsletter etc.

Sunday Soup & Sweet at Carnegie hall with live music. 12 - 3pm.

The Wall hanging will be taken down after the Service on Sunday.
