The Come Back To God Campaign are a team of ORDINARY people who seek to bring light, love and hope into the lives of all who need it. As a team we believe we have EXPERIENCED that God is not only real but its also interested in our lives. We have found GOD IS LOVE AND THEREFORE WE SEEK TO FIND ACTIVE WAYS TO SHARE LOVE AND HOPE WITH THOSE IN OUR COMMUNITIES. We reach out in many ways hoping to sho
w that LOVE knows NO BARRIERS and religion does not have to divide but can be the fire that burns with in us to DO GOOD and SPREAD LOVE TO ALL PEOPLE. We have been changed by the forgivness and love of God and GENUINELY desire to share with others the GOODNESS OF GOD AND THE HOPE OF LIFE. We know only too well that WE ARE NOT PERFECT but as we endeavour to walk closely with our Lord we experience HIS STRENGH AND KINDNESS. We reach out in LOVE AND HOPE to all people and offer the share our faith IF DESIRED. We know that sharing LOVE and bringing HOPE changes lives and so we work hard to be avalaible and offer these when given an opportunity. We believe education and therefore work in schools to teach the next generation about coping with change, tolerance, diversity, how to tell if you are being sexualy abused and much more. We work with the homeless to provide food and counselling. We give a home to those who need a home and a safe place to those in need of one. We have a team of performing artists who act, sing and entertain at church events, weddings and funerals. We hold children's clubs for churchs, schools and communities. Since the founding of CB2G over 60 years ago Britain has changed in many ways, but something that hasn't changed is the pain and heartache people live in daily. So many people have litte or no peace in their lives and nothing that can be a rock of stability. At CB2G we are excited to know the GOD WHO NEVER CHANGES and the PEACE Jesus left available to all. We RESPECT the rights and privacy of others therefore share our faith when asked but naturally live out WHAT GOD HAS DONE IN OUR LIVES as a testimony to this GOOD NEWS. Jesus made the way open for ALL to come to God, therefore CB2G we welcome ANYONE who would like to hear more about the saving power of Jesus and learn how to have a living relationship with Him!. Our focus is not preaching but doing what we can to educate and care for everyone. Our resident team consists of full time and part time workers who have a PASSION to see lives changed, hope given out and people receive hope. We are thrilled to share faith in the One who can changed many lives when asked to. Our team members are trained in our vocational training school called Adelaide College. Whilst studying at the college our trainees gain practical experience by working as a valued member of the CB2G team. Over 70 plus YEARS our ministries have been DIVERSE and these reflect the diversity of our team members too: we ENCOURAGE our team to develop their talents to become as SKILLED as possible.
