Children and young people join the congregation for the first 20 minutes or so and then meet in Junior Church, which is held in the Church Hall. There is also a supervised crèche for the under-threes. On the first Sunday of each month the service includes Holy Communion, in which all are invited to participate. Four times a year there are all-age Parade services to which we are pleased to welcome
our uniformed organisations. Morning Worship is followed by coffee in the Hall and an opportunity to meet together and chat. Once a month there is a Traidcraft stall available during coffee time. Salisbury URC, together with Salisbury Methodist Church run Messy Church once a month. The sessions run from 4.00 - 5.45pm and are generally on the first Thursday in the month unless it falls in the school holidays. The sessions take place alternately at the two churches, which are both based in the city centre. Messy Church welcomes children and their parents and involves stories, songs, games, art and crafts. Each session ends with a shared meal. Taizé Service is a more reflective and contemplative service which takes place jointly with St Thomas’ Church on the second Thursday in the month at 7.30pm in the Church. There are also various opportunities throughout the year to participate in Lent courses, Bible Study sessions and discussion groups. These are sometimes run jointly with St Thomas's Church and Salisbury Methodists. If you have any enquiries about baptisms, weddings or funerals, please contact one of the Ministers.
