What a BLAST we had on Sunday! 🙌🔥

And we’re certain of one thing: our lives will never remain the same!

In this powerful moment, Pastor Simone shared a profound insight about our identity as believers.

We can sometimes see ourselves like silver or copper, constantly needing to be buffed, polished and cleaned up before we can truly shine.

But here’s the truth: we are GOLD! ✨

Our shine isn’t dependent on how perfectly we can polish ourselves. We have been made clean in Christ Jesus. Our identity is found in Him, and nothing can diminish the glory and shine He has placed within us.

As Scripture says:

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!”
— 2 Corinthians 5:17

You are not trying to become clean enough for Christ.
In Christ, you have already been made clean. ✨

So shine. Walk boldly. Live differently. Let Christ be seen through you.

What a BLAST we had on Sunday! 🙌🔥

And we’re certain of one thing: lives will never remain the same!

In this powerful moment, Pastor Simone shared a profound insight about our identity as believers.

OH, WHAT JOY! 😄🙌

There’s something about the joy that fills the room when we come together as God’s people. The laughter. The smiles. The hugs. The “Hi!” and “How are you?” as we welcome one another.

It reflects the words of the Psalmist:

“I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD.”
— Psalm 122:1

The Sanctuary is a place where we experience God in the beauty of His holiness, commune with one another, and ENJOY the presence of God. And yes… JOY IS ON FULL DISPLAY! 🥳❤️

Guess what? It’s Sunday tomorrow! And we’re already excited to see everyone again! 🎉 Don’t let the weather deter you 🤭, the feeling of being in God’s presence with other believers is indescribable, JOY!!

✨ Faithfulness and Gentleness✨

Last Sunday, we explored the lives of biblical figures who experienced faithfulness, failure, betrayal, repentance, and restoration.

From Judas and Haman, to Saul and Solomon, Peter, Rahab, Jacob, Abraham, Esther, Isaac, and David, we were reminded that human beings can fail, but God remains faithful.

We also learned that gentleness is not weakness, but strength expressed through patience, compassion, humility and care.

Jesus showed us what true gentleness looks like:
🤍 Touching the untouchable
🤍 Protecting human dignity
🤍 Noticing those others overlooked
🤍 Restoring people with compassion

Superpowers of gentleness:

🤍 Builds and restores
🤍 Breaks anger
🤍 Draws people closer to Jesus

“Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart.”

Last Sunday, we explored the fruit of the Spirit through the lens of kindness and goodness. From honest conversations and interactive games to stories from mission trips and the challenge to put kindness into practice, we were reminded that small acts can make a big difference.

Inspired by the Good Samaritan in Luke 10:25-37, we were challenged to show kindness to everyone, including the strangers we meet along the way. 🌍🤝

Last Sunday, Gill and Rachel used fun, interactive games to explore patience and challenge us to think about what we rely on for peace.

Health, money, popularity and possessions can all feel like sources of security, but they are fragile foundations.

Mark reminded us that true peace isn’t something we simply put on when life gets difficult. It comes from the strength and presence of the Holy Spirit within us.

God doesn’t just give us a single life-preserver. He provides an entire fleet of heavenly resources. 🚢

Our peace doesn’t depend on what’s happening around us. It depends on who lives within us.

What an amazing service filled with fun, fellowship, and God’s Word!

🎁 Our ”Share the Love” game reminded us that there is joy in giving.

📖🎮 Bible Emoji Trivia challenged our knowledge and brought lots of laughter.

Brother Getulio shared a powerful reminder that Love and Joy are not just feelings. They are the fruit of a life rooted in Christ. No matter our circumstances, our lives should reflect Jesus through the fruit we bear.

May we continue to share His love, walk in His joy, and be a light to those around us. 🌿

We were reminded that the Holy Spirit doesn’t just help us in our everyday lives. He is transforming us from the inside out, producing fruit that reflects Jesus:
💛 Love
😊 Joy
🕊️ Peace
⏳ Patience
🤝 Kindness
🌱 Goodness
💙 Faithfulness
🌸 Gentleness
💪 Self-control

1️⃣ Generosity is more than money. We are called to be generous with our peace, patience, and kindness.

2️⃣ It’s a package deal. The Holy Spirit isn’t growing just one fruit in us. He is cultivating them all.

3️⃣ Stay connected. Healthy fruit grows when we stay connected to the Source.
