The Crafty Chat group at St John's, Brooklands made a beautiful postbox topper for Easter. It’s been stolen… the third time this has happened to their amazing creations. Please let us know if you spot it anywhere.

We marked Holy Week with a series of wonderful services, including a moving Maundy Thursday and an Easter Vigil which saw the Paschal candle lit from a fire. Sincere thanks to the Archdeacon of Manchester Karen Best for being with us this Easter weekend and presiding over a beautiful baptism and joyful worship . Thank you too to those who visited us for the first time; it was a pleasure to welcome you

It’s our lunchtime concert today 🎼🎶🎵🎺
Join us from 12 noon for refreshments and home-made cake before an hour of wonderful music from the brass quartet _accent_brass - playing cornets, tenor horn and euphonium.
Tickets cost £5 on the door with proceeds going to the St John's lighting fund.
Parking is available in the church grounds and nearby on Framingham Road. Signage will direct you to the church hall entrance.
