Today is the Solemnity of the Most Blessed Trinity - God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. There are three persons in the one God.
When we were baptised the priest blessed us in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Every time we enter a Church we dip our fingers into holy water and make the sign of the cross. This is the sign of the Trinity.

Heavenly Father, you loved the world so much you sent us your Son Jesus to show us how to live. May we show our love for you and for each other by respecting and protecting our world so that all people can live a in peace and happiness. Amen.
