So what happens at a Harvest Messy Church?
• Hands-On Crafts and Activities: Families participate in themed making-and-doing activities.
• Celebration and Stories: This will include an interactive, family-friendly time of worship featuring action songs, prayers, and a story relating to provision or thankfulness.
• Shared snack: A light snack is provided at the end for everyone to eat together.
• Community Giving/Sharing the harvest: This year, we are collecting items for our local food bank. If you are able, please bring along a non-perishable food item (like tins, pasta, or biscuits) to add to our harvest display!donations.
Messy Church is a different kind of church for children and adults to experience together. There will be plenty of making, doing, and eating—and yes, it’s supposed to get a little bit messy!
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
See you there!
