Celebrating the People Behind the Impact: Our Refuel Helpers đź’›
This month’s Team Celebration goes to a special group of people who helped make our May Half Term Refuel session possible.
Refuel is a free community meal and activity session for families receiving free school meals or those facing financial pressures. Through shared food, themed activities, games, crafts and conversation, we create a welcoming space where families can connect, have fun and feel supported.
A huge thank you to Hazel, Jen and Juliet, who led the kitchen with care and dedication, working tirelessly to prepare meals for our Refuel families.
And a special shout-out to Mich, Gio and Ami, who rolled up their sleeves and stayed behind to tackle the mountain of washing up, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
From preparing meals to cleaning up afterwards, each of you played a vital part in creating a warm and welcoming environment for every family who attended.
