Romans 12:1 doesn't ask young people to wait until they're older, wiser or have it all together before they give their lives to something bigger than themselves.

It asks them now.

And we believe the young people of Saffron Walden are ready.

Take the Lead is our Wednesday Youth Bible Study. A space where school years 7 to 13 come together to go deep, ask real questions and discover what it actually means to live a life fully surrendered to Jesus.

If you know a young person who is ready for something more than ordinary this is it.

🌊 Baptism Sunday is coming and Jubilee Gardens is OPEN.

On Sunday 13th September we're celebrating baptism and this year we want as many people as possible to be part of it.

That's why Jubilee Gardens is fully open this Sunday. We're creating extra space so that everyone who wants to witness this beautiful, moving, life changing moment can do so.

If you've been thinking about coming but wondered whether there would be room there is. Jubilee Gardens is relaxed, café style and the perfect place to experience baptism Sunday in a warm, welcoming and intimate setting.

The service will be livestreamed from Castle Street and you'll see every moment and you will have a coffee in hand. ☕

This is one Sunday you really don't want to miss. Come and witness something that will stay with you. Bring a friend. Bring your family. Bring someone who's been curious about faith.

There is room for everyone this Sunday. 🙌

Summer is over and we are on fire for a new season at SWCC.

Jonathan kicked it off with speakers choice. He choose to speak from Habakkuk 3.

Verse 1: Lord, I have heard of your fame; I stand in awe of your deeds, Lord. Repeat them in our day,

Verses 17 - 18: though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will be joyful in God my Saviour.

Summer is winding down and there is no better way to step into September than over a gorgeous breakfast with brilliant women at one of Saffron Walden's favourite spots.

We're gathering at The Temeraire for food, laughter and the kind of honest, warm conversation that you just can't get anywhere else.

No agenda. No rush. Just a couple of hours to breathe, connect and be yourself with people who will be genuinely glad you came.

Whether you've been part of Walden Community for years or you've never been before, you are so welcome. Come on your own or bring a friend. Either way Saturday morning just got a whole lot better.

Both hubs back open. Three locations gathering. And it's speakers choice this week. It means you're in for something special wherever you join us.

Jonathan is bringing a message from Habakkuk 3 at Castle Street that we think is going to be well worth getting out of bed for.

Sam is at Golden Acre and knowing Sam, it's going to be brilliant. 🙌

Jubilee Gardens is streaming Castle Street live; café style, relaxed and ready for you from 10:30am. ☕

All summer we've loved gathering together at Castle Street. But there is something about Jubilee Gardens on a Sunday morning that is just different.
