Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, this morning’s service at Rye Harbour can’t go ahead.

There will be a 10.30 service in St Mary’s Rye and if anyone needs a lift up to Rye please respond to this post - Rev’d Paul can fit 3 into his car!

One of the loveliest Christmas Services for children( and adults too) is the CHRISTINGlE SERVICE at the Church of The Holy Spirit at Rye Harbour
This year it is on SATURDAY December 20th at 3pm.

We are fast approaching the 97th Anniversary of the RNLI disaster of 1928 when Rye Harbour lost seventeen courageous men who perished trying to save the crew of a vessel in distress. They had no thought for their own safety, just the safety of others. We remember them each year and hold a memorial service at the Church of the Holy Spirit. Members of the families of the lost crew light a candle in memory of those men.

Unfortunately, due to a number of people being away, there will be no Evening Praise service at Rye Harbour on Sunday 19th October. Many apologies for any inconvenience.

On Sunday 7th September there will be a Rye Churches Together service at 10.45 am in Rye Baptist Church. This means there will be no service in Rye Harbour that week but, of course, everyone is warmly invited to RBC for the joint service.

The next service at Holy Spirit Rye Harbour will be Evening Praise at 5.00 pm on Sunday 21st September.

Following the Sea Sunday service last Sunday, just a reminder that there will be no Evening Praise service in Rye Harbour this coming Sunday.
