LLANELIDAN WELLBEING WEEKEND 2026 - THERAPY TASTER SESSIONS

On Saturday, 1st August (2.30-5.30pm), we're delighted that our THERAPY TASTER SESSIONS will be taking place again in the church. This is a really special afternoon, filled with love and healing. Thank you to all the therapists who continue to support us.
These are drop-in tasters with Molly, Jasper and Gaynor. No booking required; come along on the day and try the therapies on offer – Indian head massage, Amatsu and Acupressure. The sessions are 20 mins each. Massage facials will also be available on the day. (£10 per therapy please)

Amatsu gyda Jasper Elms
Mae Jasper Elms, BSc (Anrhydedd) mewn Sŵoleg gyda Chadwraeth, yn ymarferydd sy’n meddu ar sylfaen cryf yn y gwyddorau biolegol a ffocws parhaus ar les cyfannol drwy ei astudiaethau fel Therapydd Amatsu (Lefel 1).
Ymarfer gwella Japaneaidd traddodiadol ydy Amatsu sy’n adfer cydbwysedd naturiol y corff drwy dechnegau addfwyn wedi’i gwreiddio mewn egwyddorion sy’n ganrifoedd oed. Mae’n cynnwys ystyried y corff cyfan, gwneud gwaith ar y meinweoedd meddal a defnyddio dulliau alinio i hybu gallu annatod y corff i iachau ei hun. Gan ddefnyddio ei ddealltwriaeth wyddonol ac ymarfer cyfannol mae Jasper yn rhoi gofal wedi’i deilwra i’r unigolyn, gyda’r pwyslais ar hyrwyddo iechyd tymor hir, cydbwysedd a llesiant cyffredinol.

Mae tylino’r pen yn y dull Indiaidd, wedi’i seilio ar draddodiadau iachau Ayurveda, yn therapi adferol iawn sy’n canolbwyntio ar y pen, y gwddw a’r ysgwyddau – mannau lle’r ydym ni’n dal tensiwn, straen ac emosiynau heb eu lleisio’n aml. THERAPY TASTER SESSIONS
Acupressure with Gaynor Gaynor
Gaynor will be offering her services in aiding healing by using pressure points on the body. She is a qualified acupuncturist and practises at Park Clinic in Denbigh.
Amatsu with Jasper Elms
Jasper Elms, BSc (Hons) Zoology with Conservation, is a dedicated practitioner with a strong foundation in biological sciences and a continuing focus on holistic wellbeing through his study as an Amatsu Therapist (Level 1).
Amatsu is a traditional Japanese healing practice that restores the body’s natural balance through gentle, non-invasive techniques rooted in centuries-old principles. A whole-body approach, soft tissue work and natural alignment methods allow the body’s innate ability to heal itself. Drawing on his scientific understanding and holistic practice, Jasper delivers attentive, personalised care with an emphasis on promoting long-term health, balance, and overall wellbeing.
Indian Head Massage with Molly from ‘Mindfully Me’
Rooted in the ancient healing traditions of Ayurveda, Indian head massage is a deeply restorative therapy that focuses on the head, neck and shoulders – areas where we often hold tension, stress and unspoken emotions. This gentle yet powerful practice works to release stagnant energy and stimulate the nervous system, supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance.
Using soothing pressure and flowing movements, Indian head massage can offer:
