University of Essex Christian Union

University of Essex Christian Union To give every student at the University Of Essex an opportunity to hear and respond to the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The Christian Union at the University of Essex seeks to unite Christian students around the truths of the Gospel of Christ, as outlined in the Doctrinal Basis of UCCF (Universities and Colleges Christian Fellowship), to whom we are affiliated. We have regular meetings for Worship, Prayer and Bible teaching, as well as small groups for Bible Study. We also run a number of other events at which we proclaim the Gospel. Our aim is to be knowing and proclaiming Christ on campus!

We will be meeting with mission partners/agencies: New Tribes Mission, Friends International, All Nations, and OMF.

The aim of the event is to hear about their missions, pray for them but also have space to get a wider vision for mission (beyond Essex).
