The kids go back to school soon and we have loads of pre-loved uniform which may help ? 🥳

Feel free to share with family and friends with youngsters returning to school in Sept 👍

You may have some pre-loved uniform as you get ready for the new school year you could donate ? 👍

We love serving our community in every way possible and one of the ways we do that is by providing a bank of school uniform. This helps to reduce landfill and reduce costs for families.

There’s no charge, it’s all free 👍.

You can give a donation to running costs if you’d like to but there’s absolutely no obligation. Please feel free to browse and help yourself!

Hope Weekend kicked off tonight at Power House Church!
We began with games, worship and prayer—such a brilliant atmosphere. Tomorrow, our young people from The Church of the Good Shepherd, Kirk Sandall & Edenthorpe will be creating their own social action projects, putting their faith into action in real and exciting ways. We can’t wait to see what God will do! 🙌✨

What a Fantastic Day at Our Easter EGG-stravaganza!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and helped serve our community during today’s Easter Egg-stravaganza and Easter Trail + Family Fun Day!
From crafts and the chalk prayer path to prizes and egg hunts, we loved seeing so many happy faces enjoying the day together.

We welcomed around 311 people throughout the morning and early afternoon, followed by another 40–50 who joined us for the 2:30pm Good Friday reflection service.
Rev. Tom led a beautiful service of reflection during the final hour at the cross.

A special thanks to Tesco in Edenthorpe for generously donating hot cross buns, which were very much appreciated by all!

We’re so grateful to every volunteer, every family, and every friend who joined us or extended an invitation to others. Your presence helped make this a day to remember, and we give glory to God for the opportunity to share the Good News of Easter with our community.

He is risen – and that changes everything!

We’re Back – and Better Than Ever!

We’re so excited to welcome you back to Church Together next Tuesday! With a brand new roof and floor, our space is looking fresh and ready for fun, faith, and friendship. We’ve missed you all and can’t wait to see everyone again – everyone is welcome!

Here’s what’s happening:

2:45–3:15 PM – Drop-in drinks for parents
3:15–4:00 PM – Informal Café Church for ages 3–11 and their families
Join us for games, crafts, interactive Bible teaching, songs, snacks, and so much more – all completely FREE!

It’s every Tuesday in term-time at The Church of the Good Shepherd, DN3 2PP.
