Week 6 - Fast from selfishness, feast on compassion

This Lent, let’s follow Pope Francis’s advice by replacing negative habits with positive ones. Each week, we’ll focus on one simple change fasting from what weighs us down and feasting on what lifts us up through reflection and prayer.

Reflection: Selfishness closes doors; compassion opens them. Look for ways to serve and care for others this week.

Prayer: Lord, fill my heart with compassion and generosity. Let me reflect Your love in every action.
