Supporting those living with dementia in our community 💙

At St Peter’s Church Parish Centre in Rochester, there are welcoming monthly sessions designed for people living with dementia, their carers, friends, and family.

✨ Memory Café – a relaxed space to meet others, chat, and enjoy time together.

🎵 Singing for Memory – music sessions that support memory, breathing, and wellbeing.

If you or someone you care for could benefit from connection and support, these sessions are open and friendly to all.
