We're a local church committed to Jesus Christ and His word, to loving one another as a Christian community, and to sharing the good news with those around us.

Everyone is welcome! Regular weekly events are; Tuesday 1.30 - 3 pm SMURFS (St Mary's under fives and parents/carers). Sunday Morning 10.30 am Service.

Come along, stay and play at St Mary’s SMURF’s – our friendly group for babies, toddlers and their parents / carers. We are starting back after May half-term on Tuesday 2nd June at 1.30pm until 3.00pm, for an hour and a half of fun and friendship. Enjoy play and activities, tasty snacks, songs and sing-along time, a lovely story, time to chat and make new friends. Whether you are new or have been before, we would love to welcome you. It’s a relaxed, friendly space to connect, play and enjoy time together. We can’t wait to see you!

We would love for you to join us! This Saturday morning, 23rd May we are gathering at St Mary’s for Women's Breakfast at 9am, a time of friendship, fellowship, and of course, delicious (free) food. It is a perfect chance to relax and catch up with old friends or make some new ones. All ladies are very welcome—and why not bring a friend along to share the morning? We can’t wait to see you here!

The Bishop of Manchester is pleased to announce the appointment of The Revd Ben Somervell as Assistant Curate (to be known as Associate Minister) of the parish of St Mary's Balderstone. Please pray for Ben as he prepares for this new stage in his ministry, and for the parish of St Mary's as we look forward to welcoming him. His licensing service will be Wednesday 8th July at 7.30pm.
