The blessed and beautiful day when the Crown of Creation arrived on this land is getting closer - 12th Rabi ul Awwal this year falls on Tuesday 25th August and we here in Rochdale will be celebrating with much fervour and joy.

We have a short but interesting route this year - starting At Ghamkolvia Centre on Derby Street and then through Deeplish and into Broadfield Park where the wonderful will be performing some of his amazing Nasheed’s alongside, Shaykh Abu Waleed and then some traditional Salaam by Syed Altaf Shah Kazmi sahib.

The procession will make its way to the conclusion at the Town Hall Square inshallah where some of our Scholars and Civic dignitaries will be sharing their thoughts on this blessed occasion.

Start time is 2:30 prompt inshallah.

The blessed season of the Arrival of the Best of Creation ﷺ is drawing closer to us. This programme is the first of the series of events organised by the Rochdale Milaad Committee and is also our annual Remembrance Day for our Co-Founder Maulana Muhammad Azam Chishti (May Allah Have Mercy on him).
