IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
CHANGE OF FOODBANK OPERATING DAYS.

Please note that due to the lower numbers of people accessing our Tuesday foodbank, we have decided that as from today, we will no longer open on Tuesday afternoons for referrals.
However, we will continue to operate each Friday, and are happy to continue receiving referrals.

Our referral mobile number 07939 594404 will be open each Monday through to Thursday between 10.30am & 1pm. On Fridays the line will be open from 10.30am until the close of foodbank at 2pm.

We look forward to further supporting our community in need through the foodbank.

It’s messy church at Ripley Salvation Army on Friday 17th, at 3.45 in the afternoon.
We have crafts, fun, friendship and food. All families are welcome, but we’re mainly aiming at year’s Reception to six. We do have younger children so don’t let having little ones out you off. Please comment for more information and if you will be there for catering purposes.

We are pleased to announce a further development through our foodbank operation. Following a discussion we will soon be working with Derbyshire Recovery & Peer Support services in Ripley.

We will be hosting a trial session in our foodbank on Tuesday 19th May between 1pm - 4pm, for anyone needing support with mental health, finances and other issues.
Anyone can call in to pick a leaflet or arrange a meeting with the specialist team.

DID YOU KNOW BUSINESS AND ORGANIZATIONS can support the excellent effort of the general public, who bring us donations for our foodbank. While we understand the current restraints on finances, we would like to invite local firms, organization and maybe even youth groups, to bring in some donations for our foodbank.
Our current needs are as follows;
Large Sized Nappies
Breakfast Cereals - including Porridge
Tinned Peas
Sweetcorn
Tinned Potatoes
Tinned Meats
Packets of Noodles
Canned Dog Food.
