St Stephen's Redditch Anglican church & Renewal Project in the heart of Redditch | Seeking to be a thriving community of missionary disciples empowered by the Holy Spirit.

We gather in anticipation of God’s desire to be present among his people. We long for more of the Spirit as we chase after his plans and purposes for our lives. We are praying for a renewal of the church and a revival of our nation. Sundays are our main gathering points in the week where the whole church family joins together to worship God, delve into the bible, pray, celebrate Comm

union, and to be empowered to go and live lives of faithfulness and obedience to the Lord through the rest of the week. Whatever your age, stage, and story, you are welcome to join us! Our services are relaxed and informal, but we gather with a longing for God to move powerfully among us! We have activities for children and young people and as part of our Renewal Project vision we are investing heavily in our children and youth ministries. We’d love you to come and join us and help make it all happen. If you can’t be in the building, you can join online via our YouTube channel.

Prayer is the engine room of the church. Let’s pray.

This year we’re going to join the Global Week of Prayer that’s coordinated by 24/7 Prayer from 6th - 13th September.

There’s 4 different ways you can get involved:

1) Midday Prayer
12.30pm on Monday 7th - Saturday 12th in the St Stephen’s Chapel. A simple 20-30 minute moment of prayer and reflection during the lunch hour.

2) Chapel Prayer Space
The chapel in St Stephen’s will become a prayer space and we’re inviting you to drop in and pray while the building is open during the week (10am - 2pm)

3) Lectio 365 Daily Prayer
You can download the Lection 365 app for free and it’s a wonderful tool to help you pray. During the Global Week of Prayer you can follow Morning, Midday, and Evening Prayer in a guided, meditative way. It’s especially great if you can’t get away from the desk or you can’t get down to church. Download the app from your App Store.

4) 24/7 Prayer International Prayer Calls
From Japan to Columbia you can join prayer calls with brothers and sisters across the world! What an age we live in! Sign up to on the 24/7 website.

As part of our Heritage Open Day on Saturday 12th September, we’re opening the tower for a very special series of guided climbs!

Climb the historic spiral staircase, discover a little of the story of St Stephen’s along the way, and enjoy some fantastic views across Redditch from the top. 👀⛪
