A prayer on the death of Her Majesty The Queen.

Creator God,
We give thanks for the life of Her Most Gracious Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.
We honour her life of service built on a firm foundation of faith and an exemplary commitment to duty.
Comfort those who mourn and bring peace to those in distress.
We offer our prayer in the name of Jesus Christ our Saviour.
Amen.

Following the sad death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Wesley Methodist Church will be open for quiet reflection and prayer from 10am until 2pm daily until Thursday 15th September. There will be a book of condolence for people to sign.

When buying loose bananas, leave the complete bunches and pick out the individual loose ones that have been broken off bunches. Use a bag to keep them all together. These bananas are usually left by other customers in favour of bunches and as a result get bartered and bruised and end up being thrown away at the end of the day. Help to minimise food waste 🍌🌍
