Three things we wish someone had shared about honesty and personal growth:

1) Be Honest with Yourself: Sometimes we tell ourselves little fibs to feel better. But being truthful helps us understand what we truly need. It’s like holding up a mirror to see the real you.

2) Share Your Truth: Speaking honestly with others builds trust. When folks know they can rely on your word, friendships grow deeper and stronger.

3) Learn from Mistakes: We all mess up. Admitting when we're wrong helps us learn and grow. It's like stumbling on a path but finding a better way forward.

Being honest is key to becoming the best version of ourselves. What's a truth about yourself that you're proud of? Drop it in the comments!

3 things we've learned about finding spiritual support in daily life:

1) Start Small: Even a quick moment of reflection can help. Think of it like planting a tiny seed – it grows over time and brings peace.

2) Connect with Nature: A walk in the park or sitting under a tree can be calming. It's like taking a deep breath of fresh air for your soul.

3) Find Your Tribe: Meeting people who share your values can make everything feel a bit brighter. It's comforting to know others care about the same things.

Finding spiritual support is like finding a warm hug during a chilly day. It just feels right.

Balancing life and faith can feel like walking a tightrope. We know how it is when you're trying to keep it all together in Reading, Berkshire.

1) Prioritise Time with Loved Ones: Life is too short to miss precious moments. Set aside time even if it's just a quick chat over tea.

Guess what? A recent Tearfund research revealed only 36% of people in the UK make time for regular church attendance.

You might wonder, "How can this be?"

Juggling family, work, and everything else feels a lot like spinning way too many plates. It’s so easy to let connecting with community slip away.

A few years ago, surrounded by my family's busy buzz, I realised that we missed having meaningful conversations and true connections.

So, we decided to create our own special time—Sunday afternoons turned into Family Faith Chats where we pause our week’s activities and talk about biblical stories.

This little change sparked more understanding and even warmed up how we all interacted through the week.

Shared moments became reminders of goodness, guiding us as we tread through our day-to-day lives being honest and kind.

How do you carve out time for what matters most? Share your ideas below—it might just inspire someone else.

Teaching right from wrong isn't just about rules. It's about guiding hearts and minds to be kind and truthful.

Here are some simple tips for shaping those little values:

1) Lead by example

Children learn by watching us. Showing honesty and kindness in our actions teaches them more than words ever could.

2) Stories of kindness

Reading stories or scriptures that highlight good values can spark important conversations at bedtime.

3) Praise the good

When kids do something kind or honest, praise their actions. It encourages them and makes these moments memorable.

4) Open conversations

Discuss choices and their impacts. Ask how they'd feel in different situations. It builds empathy and understanding.

5) Create family traditions

Family nights where you all talk about your day or express gratitude can bring everyone closer together.

Teaching right and wrong isn't just for children but for the family as a whole. It's all about sharing kindness and showing what really matters.
