Coffee and Craft starts tomorrow

10am til 12 noon in St Mary’s Church Centre Twyford .

This is a group of crafters who meet every 2 weeks to share their enjoyment of crafts . Come along for a coffee and chat and bring your own craft project .

We will be working on making poppies ready for Remembrance Day

There is no charge for this group .

Ride & Stride - Saturday 12th September

The annual event returns to raise funds towards Church maintenance. A unique way to view other churches that you normally would not find easily.

If you can spare an hour or more, we would like to offer refreshments outside St Mary's between 10am to 5pm. Please contact the office before the end of August if you can help - [email protected]. We need to understand what is possible.

Participants of all ages are also welcome to cycle, walk or drive between the Churches, please contact office if you would like more information about participating churches and sponsorship ideas.

Exciting Church Meadow plans...

For more than a year the local Econet group, led by Sarah Ball, have been looking after the church meadow next to the vicarage in Ruscombe. Plans are now emerging to create a small community orchard where local households and groups are invited to adopt a fruit tree. Econet are also investigating the viability of a pond and wildlife area where local groups such as Girl Guiding and Scouts will be invited.

Econet will be at the Twyford Village Fete today - Saturday 22nd August - if you would like to find out more.

The Pastoral Care Team are keen to hear from you. We want to know what you might want if you are unable to attend church? Would you like something specific to be available on the website for you to access? How can we let you know you are still an important part of our worshipping community? How can we improve accessibility to worship?
