Thursday is Ascension Day - and the start of an annual 9-day ‘wave’ of worldwide prayer… and this year at St Peter’s we’re getting involved. Drop in to church to pick up your ‘God with us’ book of reflections & prayers to help you join in with 1 million Christians around the world!

Did you know we’ve started a new Mid-week Communion service in the Community Space at Billing View? Followed by teas, coffees and chat. Anyone and everyone is welcome. On again this Wed, then every other Wednesday at 10am.

The quiz questions are sorted; the sketches are rehearsed (there’s been a lot of laughter); wine, nibbles and soft drinks are ready to go… All you need to do is come along & enjoy! This Fri, at Rawdon Community Library.

Our monthly Fairly Traded stall is back this Sunday (3rd May) - 10:30 til 11 (between the services). We have tea, coffee, chocolate, cards… and all that you spend helps build a more just world!

The churchyard is looking beautiful in the spring sunshine… and so are our Easter flowers inside church. Did you know church is open Mon-Wed and all day Sunday, and that anyone is welcome to drop in - for a look around, a moment’s peace, or to say a prayer. And of course, the churchyard is there to stroll or sit in whenever you like!
