A reminder that we are back at Hilltown Church this Thursday from 7pm onwards for the next part of our clean-up mission! Please bring rakes, litter pickers, wheel barrows, strimmers, gloves, etc. We would like to get the front of the church cleaned up before the Boley Fair on Friday. Thank you again.

Funeral notice

It is with sadness that we inform you of the death of Marilyn Robinson (nee Megaw). We as a Church offer our deepest sympathies to her husband Denis, step children Zoe and Gareth and to the wider family circle. We will be praying for them in the days, weeks and months ahead.

Robinson (nee Megaw) 21st August, 2026 peacefully at Craigavon Hospital, Marilyn late of 36 Knightsbridge, Tandragee, loving and devoted wife of Denis and dearest stepmother to Zoe and Gareth and beloved sister of the late Tom and Raymond, sister in law of Olene Megaw (Rathfriland). House strictly private.

Service of thanksgiving in St. John's Parish Church, Rathfriland on Monday at 2.30pm followed by burial in adjoining churchyard.

Marilyn's remains will rest at J.G. Bullick Funeral Home, 71 Newry Street, Rathfriland BT34 5PZ on Sunday from 2.00pm - 6.00pm when family will be present.

Family flowers only. Donations to J.G. Bullick (address as above) for St. John's Parish Church Building Fund.

Very deeply regretted by her grieving husband, step children and all her many friends.
