Funeral notice

It is with a heavy heart that we inform you of the passing of Bill Moore. Bill was a gentle faithful member of our Church and will be greatly missed by us all. He held my positions within the church including being on the select vestry for many years and as a parochial nominator, however he is best known by us for his dedication to the church choir where he was a member for some 70 years. Harvest was always a time Bill enjoyed, taking pride of place within our Church Choir which he was practicing hard far over the past few weeks.
We as a Church will be praying for William, Catherine, Gillian, Martin and Hannah and the wider family circle in the days, weeks and months ahead.

Peacefully at Hospital, late of “Rathbann” 18 Castle Hill, Rathfriland. Bill, Dearly loved Husband of the late Margaret, Loving Father of William and Catherine. Father in-Law of Gillian and Martin. Dear Granda of Hannah and much loved Brother to Pamela (Jackie).

House Strictly Private.

Funeral Service in St. John’s Parish Church on Saturday 3rd October at 12noon followed by a Private Family Committal in the adjoining Churchyard.
