🤠🌵 THAT'S A WRAP! WHAT AN AMAZING WEEK!🌵🤠

Our final day at Molly's Milky Bar Wild West Adventure has come to an end, and what an unforgettable week it has been! ❤️

Today we enjoyed more fantastic crafts (the children's creations have been absolutely epic all week!), more fun and games out on the field in the glorious sunshine, and finished with another delicious chocolate treat. 🍫☀️

Most importantly, we've spent the week learning about God's love for us through our memory verse:

“We love because He first loved us." - 1 John 4:19 ❤️

It has been such a joy watching the children make new friends, grow in confidence, and simply be themselves. Every single one of them has been Brave, Epic and Magnificent! 🤠

Congratulations to our final day's winners, the Epic Eagles, who earned the most Moo Milk and another well-deserved Milky Bar! 🦅🥛🍫

Of course, it wouldn't be Holiday Bible Club without a few custard pies! 🥧😂 One of our wonderful volunteers celebrated her 18th birthday today and was surprised with a custard pie from her brother. Then, after the Magnificent Mustangs finished in last place, it was his turn to be pied... and we made sure his sister got the honour of getting her own back! 🤣

And the moment we've all been waiting for... Molly was finally rescued! 🎉 With the help of Grandma, the Sheriff and trusty Dobbin, Mad Dog was caught... and ended up covered in custard pie himself! Justice was served... Wild West style! 🤠🥧

A huge THANK YOU to our incredible team of volunteers. It takes more than 30 people giving their time, energy and love to make Holiday Bible Club happen, and we couldn't do it without them.

📣 Don't forget! We'd love to see all of our Holiday Bible Club families at our Tea-Time Celebration this evening at 5:00pm. Come and celebrate with us, hear the songs the children have been singing, find out more about what they've been learning this week, and enjoy a wonderful time together.

🤠🌵 DAY 3 COMPLETE! 🌵🤠

Another brilliant day at Molly's Milky Bar Wild West Adventure! The fun just keeps on coming! 🎉

Today we enjoyed more amazing crafts, made some delicious treat-filled food skewers, and had plenty of fun and games out on the field. 🏃‍♂️☀️

Most importantly, we learnt about The Good Samaritan and how Jesus teaches us to show kindness, love and compassion to others. We thought about how we can put that into practice in our own lives every day. ❤️

Our Wild West story has everyone on the edge of their seats... Mad Dog still has Molly! 😱 The Sheriff and Molly's Granny are getting closer and closer to finding her. Will they rescue her tomorrow on our final day? You'll have to come along to find out! 🤠🐴

Congratulations to today's winners, the Epic Eagles! 🦅🥛 Unfortunately for the Brave Bisons, they finished in last place, which meant one of our leaders ended up in the stocks with a custard pie to the face... and to make matters even funnier, her grandson got the honour of throwing a pie for the 2nd year running! 🥧🤣

📣 Don't forget tomorrow evening! 📣 All families are warmly invited to join us for our Holiday Bible Club Tea-Time Special at 5:00pm. Come and see what we've been learning about all week, hear the songs we've been singing, and celebrate an amazing week together. We'd love to see you there!

🤠🌵 DAY 2 COMPLETE! 🌵🤠

What another fantastic day we've had at Molly's Milky Bar Wild West Adventure! 🤠

Today was packed with even more fun! We enjoyed arts and crafts, made edible tepees from ice cream cones and campfires from sweets (and yes... everyone got to enjoy an ice cream too! 🍦), plus there was plenty of running, games and sports out on the field. 🏃‍♀️☀️

Most importantly, we learnt more about Jesus and about people throughout history who have shown kindness and love to others, reminding us how we can do the same every day. ❤️

Our Wild West story took another exciting turn too... Molly, who owns the Milky Bar, has been captured by Mad Dog! 😱 Will the Sheriff and his trusty horse Dobbin be able to rescue her? You'll have to come back tomorrow to find out! 🐴⭐

Congratulations to the Magnificent Mustangs for collecting the most Moo Milk today! 🐎🥛 Yesterday's winners were the Brave Bisons. Unfortunately for the Epic Eagles, they finished last today... which meant one of our brave volunteers received a custard pie to the face! 🥧😂

🎨 A little challenge for this afternoon: If you'd like to make a picture for your team board, bring it along tomorrow! We'd love to add your creations to the displays for the:

🤠🌵 DAY 1 COMPLETE!🌵🤠

What an amazing start to Molly’s Milky Bar Wild West Adventure! We’ve had so much fun today making sheriff badges, creating cactus snacks from cucumber and fruit, and enjoying delicious chocolate cowboy hats! 🍫🤠

There was plenty of action out on the field with lots of sports, while throughout the morning we enjoyed singing, dancing, games and lots more Wild West fun! 🏃‍♂️🎶💃

And after a hard-fought team challenge, one leader from the losing team ended up with a custard pie right in the face! 🥧😂

We can’t wait to see everyone again tomorrow for another exciting day!

⏰ A quick reminder for parents: Holiday Bible Club finishes promptly at **12 noon**. Please make sure children are collected on time, as our volunteers need to finish their duties and prepare for the following day. Thank you for your understanding and support! 😊

Our amazing volunteers have been busy today putting the finishing touches on Molly's Milky Bar Wild West Adventure, and we can't wait to welcome all our cowboys and cowgirls!

Hello all, Hesketh Bank walking day is coming up on May 24th, meeting at Hesketh Bank Christian Centre (HBCC)10am for people joining the walk. We will leave HBCC at 10.30 and follow the route below, if the weather is dry we will stop at Chapel Road Methodist around 11.20...aiming to be back at HBCC for 11.50 for hot drinks and cake.
