Today, Elder Wu reminded us that temptation is something we all face—but we are never alone. Jesus Himself was tempted in every way, yet without sin. He understands our struggles and sets the perfect example for us. He overcame with the Word of God, and shows us how to stand firm in the face of testing.

True victory doesn’t come from our own strength, but from trusting the One who overcame for us and is always with us.

每個人的生命歷程中都經歷過失望、痛苦、甚至憤怒。有些人不斷抱怨、充滿苦毒，而有些人選擇轉向神、學習讚美。詩篇103提醒我們：讚美神不應只是一時的情緒或環境順利時的回應，而是源自對神本性、慈愛與信實的深刻認識。

大衛在詩篇中不只提醒自己「我的心哪，你要稱頌耶和華」，更邀請我們回顧神的恩典、赦罪、醫治、救贖與持續的慈愛。
真正的讚美是從認識神開始，以順服和敬畏來活出對祂的感恩。讚美神也不只是用嘴唇，而是透過我們的態度與行動見證神的榮耀。

In the midst of summer heat, we were refreshed in God’s presence and uplifted by the warmth of fellowship.

Life brings pain, injustice, and suffering—but Psalm 103 teaches us that instead of living in bitterness, we can choose to live in praise.
David reminds himself—and us—to “Bless the Lord, O my soul,” not just in good times, but especially when we need to recall God's mercy, healing, forgiveness, and faithfulness.

True praise flows from a deep understanding of who God is. It's not just an emotional response but a spiritual discipline grounded in reverence, obedience, and a grateful heart.
We are called to live out our praise not only with words, but with lives that reflect His compassion and righteousness.
