Very early on the first day of the week, just after sunrise, they were on their way to the tomb and they asked each other,

‘Who will roll the stone away from the entrance of the tomb?’

But when they looked up, they saw that the stone, which was very large, had been rolled away.

As they entered the tomb, they saw a young man dressed in a white robe sitting on the right side, and they were alarmed.

‘Don’t be alarmed,’ he said.

‘You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified.

He has risen!

He is not here.

A few of you have been asking about the Easter Experience 👪✝️🌿

This is a little taster of the route through the church which, on the day, will have crafts, sensory experience, Easter activities & more!

Dates are NEXT WEEK:

Monday 30th March & Wednesday 1st April (during Easter holidays) - click on the link to see what slots are still available.

Each month,

we have an all-age Lord's Supper celebration where we sit together, eat, drink, listen, discuss, sing, pray and have the Lord's Supper together as we remember & thank Jesus for his love & sacrifice through the cross.

This month, on Sunday (22nd March) Shay & Tali will be serving us bacon rolls, fruit & pastries.

Our 2026 series is called,

"What is the Gospel and why does it matter?"

Our Bible verse this time is John 19:30:

"When he had received the drink, Jesus said, ‘It is finished.’ With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit."

And we will be discussing together:

"Why did Jesus say, 'It is finished' just before he died?"

✝️🧺🥚 We have got an interactive all-age Good Friday service on Friday 3rd April at 10.30am followed by easter egg hunt & bring-your-own picnic (& game to play).
