⛰️ Our Bible Class conquered Slieve Donard in the sunshine yesterday for their summer outing. Short work they made of it, too! 💪

Yesterday evening, a group of 21 litter-pickers (and a couple of four-legged helpers) braved the rain to tidy up the roadsides and verges around Cranagill.

It was a night of wonderful community spirit. A total of 16 refuse sacks with rubbish, before the team headed back to the church hall for a great supper and a chance for some soggy feet to dry off!

This Thursday is our 🧤🗑️♻️ Cranagill Community Litter Pick. We’ll be tidying the verges and roadsides around the Church and Mid Ulster National Trust Ardress House.

You’re welcome to join us at the Church at 7pm for some litter-picking, with tea and scones to follow.

What a wonderful Children’s Day service led by our young people this morning. The joint service was followed by a barbecue for the congregations of Cranagill and Tullyroan Methodist Church.

The service also included the start of a fond farewell to Rev Tommy Stevenson ahead of his retirement at the end of the month.

That will continue with a special Q&A on Tommy’s life and ministry during Cafe Church at 7pm this evening. We’d love to see you there, and for tea and coffee afterwards.

🎶 It's Children's Day tomorrow as our young people lead a Joint Sunday School Service with Tullyroan Methodist Church at 10.30am.

🌭 Morning worship will be followed by a barbecue for both congregations.

☘️ This St Patrick’s Day The Methodist Church in Ireland's President, Rev Alan Wardlow, is inviting the whole Connexion to join together for an intentional day of prayer for the Church.

We want to pray deeply and intentionally for God’s Spirit to renew and restore us, and to compel us to share the love of Jesus far and wide. Everyone is invited to join us in setting time aside this .
